In short: in Craft you can now set up automated funnels in Instagram, Telegram and VK, post to all your social networks at once, and let AI reply to customers instead of a manager.
Automated funnels now work in VK too
Connect your VK community, and everything that used to be Telegram-only works there as well. Someone types a keyword in a comment or a private message, and the bot sends them your guide, asks questions, follows up and leads them to a purchase. Your inbox, subscriber list and broadcasts are all there too.
Post to every network at once, now including Pinterest
Made a carousel or an image? Publish it with one click to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest and your Telegram channel. You can pick the day and time, and Craft will post it for you.
- Pinterest has officially approved Craft. Your post goes out as a pin on the board you choose, and a click on the pin takes people to your website or your bot. You can see how many people saw and saved your pins.
- Telegram channel: posts with buttons, albums, polls, files and voice messages. You can edit or pin a post after it's published.
- Threads: you can post plain text and leave the link as the first comment under the post.
- Instagram: collab posts with another creator.
AI replies to customers instead of a manager
You tell it about your product: what you sell, how much it costs, the common questions. From there it replies to people in Instagram DMs and in Telegram on its own — like a real person, at any time of day. If someone goes quiet, it gently follows up. If someone is ready to buy, it hands them over to you. And if you've replied to a customer yourself, the AI won't butt in.
All your Telegram and Instagram messages are gathered in one place — "Conversations". You reply from there without jumping between apps.
The Telegram bot can also reply from your personal Telegram account now: a customer writes to you, and Craft answers in your name.
Smarter funnels
- If someone doesn't tap a button, the funnel doesn't get stuck: it moves on by itself and follows up.
- Take payments right inside the funnel — plus a separate reminder for those who haven't paid.
