Filming eats the whole day
Lighting, retakes, mood, a clean shirt. A whole day for the camera, and the videos run out by Wednesday.
Content factory with an AI avatar
Record one 3–5 minute video. Craft trains an avatar with your face and voice, then makes videos from your text or from someone else’s viral Reels: script, voiceover, editing, publishing.
A 40-second video ≈ $3.70, down to ≈ $1.40 with a big pack. Avatar training ≈ $12, once.
Right now, videos come out best in Russian. Videos in English, Chinese and Hindi have already been made, but you can hear an accent in the voice; we’re still testing the other languages.
What gets in the way
One video solves nothing: to get into recommendations you need dozens of attempts. Only a few people keep that up by hand.
Lighting, retakes, mood, a clean shirt. A whole day for the camera, and the videos run out by Wednesday.
An editor, revisions, waiting. A video about what matters today goes out a week later.
$60 per video from a creator, and nobody promises this one will take off. You can’t buy many attempts that way.
What do you film tomorrow? Your niche already has videos that took off. All that’s left is to say the same thing in your own words, about your own product.
You film once
3–5 minutes of talking to the camera, like a regular Reels. Camera on a stand, face in close-up, quiet around you. Craft tells you right away if something is off.
2.5–3.5 hours, once. If it fails, your credits come back automatically. At the end you get a preview: your voice on your face.
A link to someone else’s Reels, your own text or just a topic. Craft writes a script in your brand’s voice. You edit and approve: nothing is charged before that.
5–10 minutes, up to 20 for the first one after a break. Subtitles, motion design, your call to action at the end. Publish with a button or set up auto-posting.
Examples
Umar is a Craft ambassador. His avatar was trained on a single video of him, 3 minutes 19 seconds long. Turn the sound on: the voice is his too.
What you can do
Paste a link to someone else’s viral video. Its footage plays on top, and below you say the same thing, but about your business.
The same thing, except you upload the original as a file in case the link won’t download.
The avatar speaks your script full screen. No text? Write a topic and Craft writes it for you.
The video stays original, with your voice and new text on top. Faster and cheaper, no training needed.
You already have a video of yourself talking. Craft transcribes the speech, adds subtitles and motion design. No training needed.
Upload short clips with a call to action. A random one, or the one you pick, gets attached to each video. That way you see which works better.
Editing
Craft reads the video’s text and decides on its own where to show a big idea, a number, a list or a before and after. You only pick the style.
Auto-posting
Craft finds topics, writes the script in your brand’s voice, makes the video and posts it on schedule. You decide what to approve.
Your queue, the idea bank, videos that took off in your niche.
Each brand gets its own schedule and its own daily credit limit.
The text and the finished video arrive in the bot. Want a change? Reply with a voice message: “shorter, no question at the start”.
Posting to the brand’s social accounts, plus Threads, Pinterest and a Telegram channel.
You can ask for all of this in plain words through the MCP connector. The AI spends money only after your “yes”.
Who it’s for
Your face already works for you, but you have no time for the camera. The factory keeps videos coming every day while you’re busy with clients.
You need lots of videos about a product and several accounts. The price drops with volume, and there’s nothing to connect.
Each client gets their own folder: brand, avatar, offers and social accounts. The client approves videos in Telegram without a Craft account.
You can upload only your own face, or the face of a person who has agreed in writing to an AI avatar.

Pricing
You pay for video length: the more videos, the cheaper each one. No connection fee and no monthly minimum. Credits are charged once you’ve approved the text. Dollar amounts are approximate, at ≈ $0.023 per credit.
“High” face quality costs one and a half times as much, “Maximum” twice as much. Voiceover and editing without a face are much cheaper.
Where to start
Enough for avatar training (500 credits) and about 6 videos of 40 seconds. Purchased credits never expire.
Get startedBig packs give a low price right away. Ten packs in all, every one on the Pricing page. Credits also work for photos, video, the AI agent and chat.
The price of a video doesn’t depend on your plan. The plan sets how many accounts you can connect. On any plan you can download the finished video and post it yourself.
On Solo and Pro, each additional account is +$12 a month.
Calculator
Work out the cost, savings and earnings with your own numbers.
Network of new avatar accounts: the average for such a video
The code word is the way into the funnel. Across 11 Craft client accounts over 60 days: usually 0.02–0.12%, 0.06% on average, 0.45% for the best account
On average 1–3% without working your list. Follow-ups and broadcasts to your list add sales on top of that
Assumption: we haven’t measured this yet. It depends on the niche and account, and people may ask for the product code themselves. Enter your own number

It’s when videos come out in a steady flow instead of one at a time, whenever you find the time to film. In Craft the factory runs on your AI avatar: you record a video once, and after that the script, voiceover, face, editing and publishing happen on their own. You only approve the text.
You’ll judge for yourself before the first video. After training, a preview appears on the card: your phrase in your voice on your face. The avatar is trained at three depths, each with its own preview, and for your videos you pick the one where the lips move most naturally. What affects the result most is the source video: lighting, a close-up face, silence.
Signing up is free, and so are uploading and checking the video. Avatar training costs 500 credits, about $12, once. If it fails, the credits come back automatically. Without training, “Voiceover only” and “Editing only” are available, and they’re much cheaper.
3–5 minutes of talking to the camera, 15 seconds at the very least. The camera stays still, you sit, your face is in close-up and well lit, and your mouth isn’t covered by a hand or a microphone. Keep it quiet around you, because other voices and music end up in the voice clone. After you upload it, Craft checks the video and tells you what’s wrong.
Avatar training takes 2.5–3.5 hours, once. A video takes 5–10 minutes, up to 20 for the first one after a break. Voiceover and editing without a face take 1–3 minutes. You can close the page: when the video is ready, you’ll get a notification in the bell and in Telegram.
The credits come back automatically, and the video shows the reason. The same goes for avatar training. Before you approve the text, no credits are charged at all.
Purchased credits don’t expire. Plan credits renew every month. Purchased credits can’t be refunded as money, so start with a small pack.
The factory works best in Russian. We’re still testing other languages: videos in English, Chinese and Hindi have already come out, but you can hear an accent in the voice, and lip sync in other languages hasn’t been checked yet. Right-to-left scripts such as Arabic aren’t supported yet.
Only if they have agreed to an AI avatar in writing. You can’t upload someone else’s face without their consent.
No. The factory makes videos and posts them, but what takes off is up to the platform and your topic. We give you the chance to try many times for a small price.
The factory has only just launched, and the first customers are making their first videos. We’ll show numbers once they’re real. For now, look at the videos above and start with a small pack.
Yes. Connect Craft to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex through the MCP connector and ask in plain words: “make a Reels with my avatar from this link”. The AI will name the price and start only after your “yes”. How to connect.
Signing up is free. You pay when you decide to train the avatar.
