Postiz is an open-source social media scheduler with around 25 networks and a paid cloud version. Craft schedules posts to Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and on the same plan runs Instagram comment auto-replies and DM and Telegram funnels. Both count accounts the same simple way: any network, any mix.

💡 How we counted. Annual prices are per month, billed yearly. Craft: Solo $12 includes 2 accounts; each extra account is $12 a month, also on annual billing, so 4 accounts come to $36 ($30 a month billed annually) and 5 accounts to $48 ($42); Premium $249 (unlimited). Annual: Solo $6, Premium $125. The Pro plan is no longer sold to new users. Postiz: Standard $29 for 5 channels, Team $39 for 10, Pro $49 for 30, Ultimate $99 for 100; annual $23 / $31 / $39 / $79. Postiz has no smaller cloud plan, so one account still costs $29. Scenario D adds a funnel tool to Postiz: ManyChat Pro at $39 a month ($29 annually) for one Instagram account with up to 2,500 active contacts. If you want Instagram + a Telegram bot instead, ChatPlace charges $36 for 2 accounts ($20 + $16; $32 annually). On Craft the funnel runs on one of the same 5 accounts, at no extra cost.

How accounts are counted#
- Postiz: a channel is any connected profile, and several profiles of the same network are allowed — the Postiz team describes setups like "3 X, 4 YouTube, 7 Instagram". 5 Instagram accounts fit in Standard. Source: Postiz GitHub discussion.
- Craft: one shared account limit per plan, any networks. Solo includes 2 accounts and each extra one is $12 — 5 Instagram accounts, or a mix of networks, for example 2 Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and a Telegram bot. The same accounts are used for posting and for funnels.
On posting-only math, Postiz and Craft count the same way. The difference is the price per plan and what the plan includes.

What Craft posting doesn’t do#
Craft publishes to Instagram (carousels of 2–10 photos, Reels and videos, single photos), TikTok (videos) and YouTube (Shorts and videos). It doesn't post to Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X or Telegram channels. It has no team calendar with approvals and no deep reach analytics — only funnel statistics.
Schedule posts and build funnels by chatting with Claude or ChatGPT#
Postiz has an MCP server too, so both let an AI assistant schedule posts. Craft's connector also reaches funnels.
