One pipeline for several accounts

How to set up a Content Factory pipeline to publish to several Instagram accounts at once — safely, spread out over time.

Updated: July 29, 2026

If you run several Instagram accounts, you don't need a separate pipeline for each one. A single pipeline can publish to all the accounts you choose — you set it up once, and it fans the finished post out to every account.

How it works#

  1. You create one pipeline and, on the "Where and how" step, check several accounts (or hit "Select all").
  2. On schedule, the pipeline creates one post — a single carousel or a single reel.
  3. That post is published to each selected account. The content is the same everywhere.

So one pipeline = one piece of content, duplicated across your accounts. Handy when you run a network of accounts on the same topic.

Time spread — why you need it#

🔴 The same post on every account in the same second is risky. Instagram sees identical content going out from several accounts at once and may treat it as a spam network. Those accounts risk having their reach limited.

To avoid this, when you pick two or more accounts a "Time spread" block appears — and it's on by default.

Here's what it does: the first account posts right away, and the rest go out at staggered times across a window you choose. The default window is 15–90 minutes, but you can change it: there are preset buttons (30 minutes, 1 hour, 1.5 hours, 3 hours) and a custom-window field.

The system picks a random time for each account, and it's different every run — so the posts look natural, as if you posted them by hand at different times.

💡 Tip. The more accounts you have, the wider the window should be. For 7 accounts, a 15–90 minute window spreads things out comfortably; with more accounts, raise the upper bound.

How to check it works#

  1. On the pipeline card in the list you'll see how many accounts it publishes to: "Accounts: 7", with a 🛡 time spread badge next to it when the spread is on.
  2. After the first run, posts appear in the Posting section — one per account. The first one is scheduled for "now", the rest a few minutes apart.

Not there yet#

  • Different content per account. For now the pipeline makes one post and copies it to every selected account. If you need unique content per account, set up separate pipelines.
  • Different captions per account. The caption and call to action (for example, the keyword for a funnel) are the same across all accounts on the pipeline.
