How to add an extra account
Solo includes two accounts — the second one is on us. The third and beyond cost 990 ₽ a month each.
On the Solo plan you can connect two funnel accounts — for example, Instagram and a Telegram bot. A VK community counts as an account too. If you need more, each extra account costs 990 ₽ a month, no plan change needed. If you stayed on the Pro plan, nothing changes there: five accounts, and the sixth and beyond at the same price.
How to add one#
- Open My accounts in the left menu.
- Once all slots are taken, the connect button turns into Add an account — click it.
- The window shows the exact amount and the card it will be charged to. Click Add for … ₽.
- Done — the new slot appears right away, go ahead and connect.
What you pay#
- Now — only for the days left in the paid period. Added an account three days before renewal — you pay for about three days, not a whole month.
- Afterwards — 990 ₽ a month is added to your plan payment. If the plan is paid yearly, it's 990 ₽ × 12 added to the yearly payment. The plan itself keeps the price you subscribed at.
How to remove one#
Open the same window — at the bottom you'll see Extra accounts: 1 and a Remove one button. The payment goes down from the next renewal.
⚠️ The slot is freed immediately. If more accounts are connected than slots remain, the extra account is frozen: its funnels stop replying. The one with the most runs in the last month keeps working.
Limits#
- On Solo and Pro. Premium has no account limit, nothing to buy. The free plan has one account.
- Only with a Russian card or SBP. If your plan is paid in dollars or euros, message us on Telegram and we'll add the account manually.
- Changing plans removes extra accounts. Switching to another plan or billing period (monthly ↔ yearly) starts a new subscription without them. Need them again — add them again.
