How to remove your card and turn off auto-renewal
Where to see your linked card and next charge date, and how to switch it all off yourself.
Everything about payments is in Settings, in the Billing block:
- Card — which card is linked (last four digits).
- Auto-renewal — on or off.
- Next charge — date and amount. If auto-renewal is off, this shows the date your plan stays active until.
Turn off auto-renewal#
Click Turn off auto-renewal and confirm. Your plan keeps working until the end of the paid period and won't be charged again. The card stays linked — handy if you want to top up credits.
The Cancel subscription button on the Pricing page does the same.
Remove your card#
Click Remove card and confirm. We delete the card on our side and it won't be charged again.
⚠️ A plan can't renew without a card. So if auto-renewal was on, removing the card turns it off too. Your plan still stays active until the end of the paid period — the confirmation window says so.
To pay for a plan or buy credits again, you'll need to enter a card.
If something goes wrong#
Can't see the Billing block or the button doesn't work — write to support and we'll remove the card manually without touching your plan or settings.
