One funnel in Instagram and Telegram at once
Connect a second channel to a funnel — steps, texts and videos become shared, and one edit goes to both your Instagram DMs and your Telegram bot.
One funnel in Instagram and Telegram at once#
If you need the same answers — videos, a price list, a catalog — both in Instagram DMs and in a Telegram bot, don't maintain two copies by hand. Connect a second channel to the funnel: steps, texts and media become shared, and an edit in one place goes to every channel.
How it works#
- Each channel has its own copy of the funnel on its own account or bot. The copies are linked.
- Shared by linked copies: steps, the connections between them, texts, media, buttons, delays, conditions and actions.
- Own for each channel: the start (keywords, comment or direct message, /start and links), the account or bot, the on/off switch, the comment auto-reply and the statistics.
- Fix a text or replace a video in any copy — a couple of seconds later it's the same in every channel.
- Channels: Instagram, a Telegram bot, a VK community. WhatsApp — once it appears in your account.
What you need#
- A funnel that already works in one channel.
- A second channel connected under "Accounts": an Instagram account or a bot.
⚠️ The feature is rolling out gradually. If there's no "+ Channel" button under the funnel name in the builder header, your account doesn't have it yet — message support.
Step 1. Connect a second channel#
Open the funnel in the builder. Under its name there's a row of channels. Click "+ Channel" and pick an account or bot under "Connect a channel".
Craft creates a copy in that channel — turned off, with the same steps and keywords.
Step 2. Check the copy's start and turn it on#
Click the new channel in the row — its copy opens. Open "Triggers", check the keywords and how the funnel starts, then click "Turn on".
- In Telegram the copy starts with a keyword or a step link. Bare /start is turned off for it so it doesn't take over the bot's other funnels. Need /start — turn it on in "Triggers".
- In Instagram the funnel needs a keyword. Comments under a post are connected in "Triggers" together with the auto-reply.
Step 3. Edit in any channel#
Change a text, a video or buttons in any copy — the edit goes to all linked channels.
🔴 The start and the switch are not shared. Turn the funnel off in Instagram and it keeps working in the bot. Keywords are also edited in each channel separately.
Already have two identical funnels?#
No need to rebuild them. Open one, click "+ Channel" → "Link to an existing funnel", pick the other one and decide whose steps and texts stay shared. Each keeps its own start and switch.
🔴 The other funnel's steps are replaced by the chosen one's. If the texts in the copies differed (for example, different languages), decide which version to keep first.
Instagram limits in a link#
If one of the linked channels is Instagram, the shared steps stay within its limits:
- no more than 3 buttons per message;
- button titles up to 20 characters;
- no Article mode and no multi-photo albums.
Video notes and voice messages work only in Telegram — in Instagram the video and audio go as a regular message. If the bot funnel doesn't fit the limits, Craft won't let you connect Instagram and shows which steps to fix.
Statistics and errors#
- In the funnel list linked copies show as one card: channel icons under the name, a green dot means the channel is on. People and conversion on the card are for all channels together.
- Step statistics and delivery errors are in each copy separately: open the channel in the row.
AI agent#
If you marked a funnel in the AI agent settings of one channel, the agent of another channel can send its linked copy too — no need to mark it twice.
How to unlink#
"+ Channel" → "Unlink this funnel". The copy stays as it is and lives on separately.
Via Claude and ChatGPT#
The Craft MCP connector has a "Funnel channels" tool: ask "connect this funnel to my bot" or "link these two funnels".
FAQ#
Will a person get the message twice if they write both in DMs and in the bot?#
Each copy replies only in its own channel. If the person asked in both places, the answer arrives in both — exactly where they asked.
Can I have different texts for Instagram and Telegram?#
Not in a link — the texts are shared. Need your own logic in one channel — unlink that copy.
What happens to people who are in the middle of the funnel right now?#
The same as with a regular funnel edit: they continue from the step they're on, with the new text.
How many channels can be linked?#
Up to 8 copies in one link, one per account or bot.
