Funnel limits on the free plan
How many people funnels serve for free, how Craft warns you about the limit and what happens when it runs out.
On the free plan, funnels have two limits:
- Telegram — up to 500 subscribers in each bot's base;
- Instagram — up to 300 new conversations a month per account. The counter resets at the start of each month.
Paid plans have no such limits.
How we warn you#
We let you know twice — by email, in the notifications bell in the app and in Telegram, if your account is linked to it:
- At 80% — your funnels will soon hit the limit.
- When the limit is used up — new people no longer get a reply.
For Instagram these messages come no more than once a month. For Telegram — once; again only if the base shrinks (for example, people block the bot) and reaches the limit again.
What happens when the limit is used up#
- People already in the base, or who already messaged you this month, keep getting your funnels as usual.
- New people don't get a reply. In Telegram a new subscriber isn't added to the bot's base; in Instagram a new person doesn't get the funnel message.
- In Instagram everything works again from the start of next month.
If you have a no-limits period#
Three days before it ends, we'll let you know — by email, in the notifications bell and in Telegram — when the free plan limits apply again.
