Content factory: what it is and how to run it without a team
A content factory puts out videos in a steady flow. Without a team, an AI avatar runs it: you record one video and approve the scripts.
A content factory means videos come out in a steady flow, with no separate shoot for each one. You can run one without a team on an AI avatar: you record a single 3–5 minute video, and the script, voiceover, face, editing and publishing happen on their own. You only approve the text.
Sample videos and prices are on the Content Factory page. The step-by-step guide is in Avatar reels.
Why you need a content factory#
One video solves nothing: to get into recommendations you need dozens of attempts. Only a few people keep that up by hand. Filming eats the day, editing becomes another queue, and ideas run out. A factory takes that routine off your plate and lets you try many times for a small price.
What a content factory is made of#
Whichever way you work, the stages are the same:
- Topics. What to film tomorrow.
- Script. Text in your brand's voice.
- Voiceover. Your voice or a narrator's.
- A face on screen. Live footage or an AI avatar with lip movement.
- Subtitles and editing. Captions, cards, a call to action at the end.
- Publishing. Posting to social media on a schedule.
The methods differ in who does each stage.
What are the ways to run one?#
| Method | Who does the work | Price per video |
|---|---|---|
| Your own filming | You and an editor | Depends on your time and your editor |
| Freelancer, avatar video | A contractor | $25–100 |
| UGC creator | A contractor | ≈ $60 |
| SMM agency | The agency's team, $550–1,900 a month for 10–20 posts | $28–190 |
| AI avatar in Craft | The service, you approve the text | ≈ $1.40–3.70 for a 40-second video |

Your own filming. Lighting, retakes, mood, a clean shirt. A whole day for the camera, and the videos run out by Wednesday. On the plus side, you can show anything that happens around you.
A team. An editor, revisions, waiting. A video about what matters today can go out a week later, and every new attempt costs a full contractor's video.
An AI avatar. You film once. After that a video takes 5–10 minutes, up to 20 for the first one after a break.
How the content factory works in Craft#
- Record a video. 3–5 minutes of talking to the camera, like a regular Reels. Camera on a stand, face in close-up, quiet around you. Craft tells you right away if something is off.
- Craft trains the avatar. 2.5–3.5 hours, once. If it fails, your credits come back automatically. At the end you get a preview: your voice on your face.
- Give a topic. A link to someone else's Reels, your own text or just a topic. Craft writes a script in your brand's voice. You edit and approve: nothing is charged before that.
- Get your video. Subtitles, motion design in one of 16 styles, your call to action at the end. Publish with a button or set up auto-posting.
Auto-posting keeps running even when you're not on the site:
- Topics on their own. Your queue, the idea bank, videos that took off in your niche.
- Up to 10 videos a day. Each brand gets its own schedule and its own daily credit limit.
- Approval in Telegram. The text and the finished video arrive in the bot. Want a change? Reply with a voice message: "shorter, no question at the start".
- Publishing. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest and a Telegram channel.
You can ask for all of this in plain words from Claude, ChatGPT and Codex through the MCP connector. The AI spends money only after your "yes".
A turnkey content factory: what's left for you#
All the stages live in one service, with no connection fee and no monthly minimum. You need to do four things:
- record one video;
- describe your brand, so the scripts are written for it;
- connect your social accounts;
- decide what to approve: nothing, the text, the finished video or both.
More than 1,000 videos a month? Message us on Telegram. We'll discuss a personal price, the launch and the load. You pay as a company: we'll send an invoice and documents.
Who a content factory is for#
- Experts and creators. Your face already works for you, but you have no time for the camera. The factory keeps videos coming every day while you're busy with clients.
- Marketplace sellers and businesses. You need lots of videos about a product and several accounts. The price drops with volume, and there's nothing to connect.
- Agencies and SMM. Each client gets their own folder: brand, avatar, offers and social accounts. The client approves videos in Telegram without a Craft account.
Who it won't suit#
- You need guaranteed views and sales. The factory makes videos and posts them, but what takes off is up to the platform and your topic.
- Your video needs live scenes. A try-on, an unboxing, footage on location. The avatar speaks text on screen, and only a camera can film those scenes. A finished video of you talking can go into "Editing only".
- It's someone else's face and you have no consent. You can upload only your own face, or the face of a person who has agreed in writing to an AI avatar. For a video without a real face, try an AI character.
- You need videos outside Russian with no accent in the voice. The factory works best in Russian.
- You want case studies with numbers before you start. There aren't any yet.
Where to start#
Signing up is free. You pay when you decide to train the avatar: 500 credits, about $12, once. A starter pack of 1,500 credits costs $35: enough for training and about 6 videos of 40 seconds. Purchased credits never expire.
What's not there yet#
- Guarantees of views and sales. We don't give them.
- Customer case studies with numbers. The factory has only just launched, and the first customers are making their first videos. We'll show numbers once they're real.
- Equal quality in every language. The factory works best in Russian. Videos in English, Chinese, Hindi and Arabic have already come out. In other languages you can hear an accent in the voice, and we haven't checked lip sync there yet.
