Craft chat: what it can do

A regular chat where Craft does the work: carousels in your style, funnels, auto-replies, broadcasts, publishing and stats.

Updated: October 6, 2026

Craft chat is an assistant that works with your Craft for you. Write what you need in plain words and it does it: builds a carousel, a funnel, an auto-reply, a broadcast, schedules a post, shows stats. Nothing to download, upload or look for on the site.

What you can ask#

  • Carousels. "Make a carousel about…" — it shows matching styles as cards, suggests headlines and draws the slides right in the message. Edits in words: "darker cover", "another example on slide three". Say "just do it" and it draws without questions.
  • Funnels and auto-replies. "Build an Instagram funnel for the word GUIDE that sends a PDF" — it builds it and tells you what to check. New funnels are created turned off: you turn them on, or the chat does after your "yes".
  • Stats. "How many people went through my funnels this week?" — one summary for all of them.
  • Broadcasts, contacts, bots, publishing, competitors, Threads — everything Craft has.
  • Questions about the service. "How do I connect a second Instagram?", "why aren't messages arriving?" — answered from Craft's docs.

Files#

Press the paperclip next to the input and pick a file, or paste it from the clipboard. The chat reads it in full and works with it as part of your message: "make a carousel from this article", "what does the contract say about refunds", "build a funnel from this guide".

  • PDF — up to 100 pages read in full, including tables, charts and images. Longer files — text only.
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint (.docx, .xlsx, .pptx), OpenDocument, RTF, EPUB e-books.
  • Text and tables: .txt, .md, .csv, .json, .html, code.
  • Photos — as before.
  • Audio and video — transcribed first, then the chat works with the text.

One file — up to 32 MB, up to 10 files at a time. While a file is being read you see "Reading the file…" under its name, then the page count and what it costs.

⚠️ Old Office formats (.doc, .xls, .ppt) can't be read: save the file as .docx, .xlsx or .pptx. Scans without a text layer longer than 100 pages can't be read either — split the file.

Slides and edits#

Slides arrive as images in the message. On a computer you see the whole carousel at once, on a phone as a strip. Tap a slide to open it large and edit the text by hand, for free. Below the carousel — Publish and Download.

The Style button next to the input opens a gallery: your styles, ready styles and designs, image manners and a "Never generate" list.

Memory#

The chat remembers your habits and notes by itself: your handle, how many slides you like, how you make photos, what your product is, "shorter headlines", "no emoji". Next time it follows them without asking. You can also say "forget it" or "put it back".

What it costs#

One message from you is 6 credits, images from 1 credit. A file costs by size, once — when you send it: a PDF page is 1 credit, documents and tables about 1 credit per 6,000 characters. You see the price under the file name before sending. Later in the same conversation the file isn't charged again. Your plan adds credits every month (Solo — 500), and you can buy more. Details — in "Credits: what they're spent on and what they cost".

⚠️ The chat works on paid plans after the first payment. It isn't available on the free plan or during the trial — every message costs us money. You can connect your own Claude or ChatGPT to Craft: it does the same on your subscription there.

⚠️ Actions with consequences only after your "yes": turning a funnel on, sending, publishing, deleting. If the chat suggests doing something, it asks first.
