Statistics page — key business numbers, posts, funnels and broadcasts in one place
Your key business numbers for a period on one screen, Instagram post reach, the follower vs non-follower split, how people move through funnels, and broadcast results.
What this page is#
The statistics page gathers the numbers you used to collect by hand from the Instagram app and from different parts of Craft:
- Home — your key business numbers for a period on one screen; you choose what it shows.
- Posts — reach, saves, shares, likes, comments and new follows for every post.
- People — find a person and see their whole path: which reel they came from, what they got, what they bought.
- End-to-end — from reel to payment: how many wrote the keyword, moved to Telegram, got the lead magnet and bought.
- Funnels — how many people entered, how many reached the goal, the conversion rate and button taps.
- Payments — connected payment services and money received through the Payment step (Lava). You can connect up to 10 payment services.
- Broadcasts — how many messages went out, how many never arrived, and how many people followed the link.
You'll find the page in the menu under "Statistics".
⚠️ Instagram numbers (reach, views, followers) will appear once Meta approves access. Craft's access to Instagram statistics is under review — until it's approved, the Instagram tiles say the numbers will come later. You don't need to reconnect your account. Funnels, bot audience, broadcasts and payments are counted already. Threads numbers will appear the same way, once Meta approves access.
Home#
The first tab shows your key business numbers for a period on one screen: how much you earned, how many views your Instagram got, how many new people entered your funnels, how many got the lead magnet.
Telegram bot audience — how many people joined your bots in the chosen period. Next to that number, in small print, is the size of the whole base. The arrow compares it with how many joined in the same-length period before. The tile is on Home by default once a bot is connected; with several bots, the line underneath shows how many joined each one. People who blocked the bot aren't part of the base: Telegram doesn't say when someone left, so they're simply left out — the line underneath says how many there are.
💡 The main number on every tile is for the chosen period. If a tile also has an overall number (the whole bot base, all followers), it sits next to it in small print.
Which networks and accounts to count. In "Customize" you can keep only the networks or accounts you want in the content numbers (views, reach, followers, posts): tap a network — Instagram, TikTok or Threads — to keep all its accounts; tap an account to keep just that one; further taps add and remove. "All networks" brings everything back. The line under the period shows which accounts the content numbers use. Funnels, bot audience and payments don't depend on this choice.
With several bots, you can choose in "Customize" which ones to count — for example, keep just one on Home. Tap a bot and only that one stays; tap others to add them; "All bots" brings everyone back. Your choice is saved to your account.
Period — today, yesterday, 7 days, 30 days or this month. Look — Glass, Pastel or Graphite: the switch sits to the right of the tabs. The look applies to the whole statistics page, not just Home. Both the period and the look are remembered.
The arrow under a number compares it with the previous period of the same length:
- "Today" — with yesterday up to the same hour (a morning is never compared with the whole of yesterday);
- "Yesterday" — with the day before;
- "7 days" and "30 days" — with the same number of days before them;
- "This month" — with the same days of last month.
Green means better, red means worse. For "Refunds" it's the other way round: fewer is better. If there's nothing to compare with (for example, the number only started being counted recently), there's no arrow.
The first number is the main one: it's bigger than the rest and has a large chart. Point at the chart (on a phone, drag your finger along it) and the value for that day appears above the point. Which number is the main one depends on the order — drag the one you want to the top in "Customize". If the period is all zeros there (for example, no payments), you'll see a hint on what to do instead of an empty chart.
The mini chart on the other tiles shows how the number moved day by day — hour by hour for "today" and "yesterday". Point at the chart to see the value for that day or hour. Money is shown as bars, shares as a ring, and numbers with no daily breakdown as two bars, "now" and "before". Tap a tile to open the tab with the details.
💡 "Reach" and "Views" are different numbers. Reach is how many different people saw your content — each person counts once. Views is how many times it was shown — one person who watched five reels gives five views. The Instagram app leads with views, which is why its number is bigger.
Choosing what to show#
Tap "Customize":
- the red minus removes a number from Home;
- the green plus adds one;
- drag a row by the handle on the right to change the order (on a computer the ↑ ↓ keys work too);
- "Reset" brings back the default set.
Your choice is saved to your account, so Home looks the same on your phone and your computer.
Available numbers#
- Money: earned, purchases, buyers, average order, refunds, revenue per 1,000 reach.
- Content: Instagram reach, reach among non-followers, new followers, total followers, posts, views, engaged accounts, profile visits.
- Funnels: new people in funnels, entered funnels, wrote the keyword, got the lead magnet, reached the goal, tapped a button, moved from Instagram to Telegram, Telegram bot audience, new bot subscribers.
- Broadcasts: received a broadcast, followed a broadcast link.
⚠️ Instagram counts days in its own time zone — for Moscow a day starts at 10:00 (11:00 in winter). So its "today" and "yesterday" are shifted against your own days — the number says which day it covers. For a week or a month only finished Instagram days are used: the current one is still growing.
⚠️ Today's new followers only arrive from Instagram once the day is over — until then you'll see a dash.
💡 "Earned" adds up every payment: through the Payment step in a funnel, through connected payment services, and the ones you marked by hand. Different currencies are never added together — a second currency is shown in small print under the number.
💡 Someone who came from Instagram to Telegram through a personal link is counted once in the funnel numbers.
🔴 "Reached the goal" only counts funnels that have a Goal step. If a funnel has no such step there's nothing to mark; the number says how many funnels have one.
⚠️ Instagram numbers only include accounts with access to statistics. Older connections don't have it — reconnect them on the "My accounts" page and they'll appear on Home.
Posts#
The list comes from Instagram itself, not only from what Craft published. That means posts you uploaded by hand from your phone are in it too.
Collection starts on its own as soon as you connect an Instagram, TikTok or Threads account on the "My accounts" page: in the background, Craft fetches all your posts from all time and their numbers. If you open Posts while this is running, you'll see "Collecting posts and numbers" next to the period, and the table fills in by itself — no need to reload. Reconnecting starts collection again, which is how numbers you didn't have permission for before show up.
The page remembers the tab, period and selected accounts, so reloading brings you back to the same view.
Every post carries a label:
- auto — Craft published it;
- manual — the post reached the account some other way.
Post numbers are cumulative: everything the post has collected since it went live. The small line underneath shows the last 24 hours of growth — it appears from the second day on, once there is something to compare against.
💡 To compare posts fairly, compare them at the same age: a post that is four hours old will almost always lose to one that is two days old.
Follower growth#
Open the "Growth" tab or tap the "New followers" tile on Home to see the growth card: how many new followers you got in the period across all networks, how much your audience grew in percent and how many views you had. Below is a chart with each network in its own color, and columns with the growth and follower count of each. The card is signed craftopen.space at the bottom.
The "New followers" tile counts the same as the card: Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Telegram channels and your bot audience.
- Numbers for a day — hover over the chart (on a phone, slide your finger along it) to see how many followers came that day, in total and in each network. A dash means there was no reading that day: TikTok, Threads and Telegram channels keep no history, so Craft counts them from the first day of daily collection, and Instagram reports a day with a delay. "Over 3 days" means the growth built up over days without a reading and is not counted in the day total.
- Period — 7, 30 or 90 days, or all time, with the buttons above the card.
- "Customize" — which networks and accounts to show, in any combination, and whose handle goes on top. Several accounts of one network add up into one column.
- A Telegram channel is added in "Customize" by the @name of a public channel. A private channel appears on its own if your Craft bot is an admin there.
- Bot audience is a separate column. If you'd rather not show its numbers, tap the eye in that column: dots replace the numbers and the column stays. Tap again to bring the numbers back.
- By account — hover over a column (on a phone, tap it) to see the growth, percent and total followers of each account in that network.
- "Save as image" — a story-format picture. On a phone, the Share menu opens right away.
⚠️ TikTok, Threads and Telegram channels don't keep a follower history — they only show the current count. Craft records it once a day on its own, so growth there counts from the day the account joined Craft. If recording started inside the chosen period, the column shows "since
💡 Instagram gives daily statistics for the last 30 days only. Craft saves them every day, so your history isn't lost even if you don't open Statistics for a while.
Total reach#
The headline number for the period is total reach: how many different people saw your account over the selected 7, 14 or 30 days. There's no total reach for "All time" — Instagram doesn't count it beyond 30 days; you'll see current followers and total post views instead. It is not the sum of daily reach: someone who came back five days in a row counts five times in the daily sum and once in total reach. That's why total reach is always lower than the bars added up.
Next to it: the share of non-followers in total reach, views, and how many people engaged (liked, saved, messaged). Instagram doesn't go beyond 30 days.
Several accounts#
Pick accounts from the list above the numbers. Tick one, several or All Instagram accounts and press "Show". Above the list are your tags from the Accounts page: clicking a tag ticks every account with that tag. You can search by handle or tag. With several accounts selected, posts come in one feed, each labelled with its account, and the numbers are added up.
Instagram, TikTok and Threads can be selected together. TikTok and Threads get their own summary above the table: followers, posts in the period, views, likes, comments, reposts.
Replies to a Threads post. A Threads post has a "Replies" button that opens people's replies: username, time, text and a link to the reply in Threads. When you publish to Threads, you can also fill in "Reply in the Threads thread" — it goes out as the first reply under your post right after it's published (for example, a link to your guide).
🔁 TikTok: reconnect your account to see the numbers. Since October 6, 2026, TikTok lets Craft read statistics: followers, likes, number of videos and the numbers of each video. Accounts connected before that don't have this permission — on the "My accounts" page, click your TikTok account → "Reconnect" and allow access. Right after that, Craft collects all your videos in the background.
⚠️ "Public numbers" means the connection doesn't have permission to read stats yet, so Craft shows what any profile visitor sees. Threads doesn't show views publicly — you'll see a dash there. TikTok's public numbers match what the app shows.
Sorting. Click a column name in any table to sort by it: largest first (A to Z for text), click again to reverse. Empty values always go to the bottom.
⚠️ Total reach for "All accounts" is the sum of each account's reach. Someone who saw two of your accounts is counted twice: Instagram only counts unique people within a single account.
🔴 An account marked "no stats" was connected before Craft started asking Instagram for access to the numbers. Reconnect it on the Accounts page — Instagram will ask for permission and the numbers will appear. Until then it isn't included in the "All accounts" totals.
Reach by day#
One bar is one day. The dark part is people who follow you, the light part is people who don't. Hover a bar to see the exact numbers and the share of non-followers.
🔴 There is no follower / non-follower split for an individual post — Instagram only gives it per account per day. To see that share for one carousel, you still have to look in the app.
People#
Find anyone from your bots and your Instagram DMs — by name, Telegram or Instagram username, Telegram ID, phone or email — and open their card.
Filters: platform, bought or not, which reel they came from (where they wrote the keyword), which lead magnet they got, funnel (who went through it), when they came (today, last 7, 30 or 90 days), tag.
The person's card shows: - where they are: your Telegram bot, your Instagram account, username, Telegram ID; - phone and email — you can type them in; search finds people by them and connected payment services recognise buyers by them; - a note — visible only to you (for Telegram bot subscribers); - the three key answers: where they came from (a reel or a link), which lead magnets they got, how much they paid and how long after subscribing; - the path, day by day: comment under a reel → DMs → move to Telegram → funnel steps and button taps → payment.
Mark a purchase by hand. If someone paid outside Craft — by transfer, in cash, through another service — press "Mark a purchase": amount, currency, date, what they bought. It shows up in the card, in the "Bought" filter and in the End-to-end report.
⚠️ Craft recognises the move from Instagram to Telegram through a personal link. When an Instagram funnel sends a link to your bot connected to Craft, an invisible label of the recipient is added to it. That is how the Instagram person and the bot subscriber become one card. People who moved before labels existed stay as two separate rows — they can't be merged after the fact.
⚠️ The label is added only to links to bots connected to Craft, and only to links like t.me/bot?start=…. Only the first click on a link counts: if someone forwards their link to a friend, the friend isn't merged with someone else's Instagram.
End-to-end#
A "from reel to payment" report for the selected period.
- By reel: how many people wrote the keyword → got a DM → moved to Telegram → got the lead magnet → bought, and how much money it brought.
- By lead magnet: how many people got each file or video, how many tapped the button under it ("Watch", "Downloaded" and so on), how many bought, the conversion rate and how long it usually takes to buy. Telegram doesn't report whether someone opened the file itself — so a tap on the button under the message is the sign they watched it. No button — the column shows "—".
- Where people drop off: pick a funnel to see its steps in order, how many people reached each one and how many were lost since the previous step. Steps losing more than 40% are marked red.
- From subscribing to buying — the typical time between subscribing to the bot and the first payment.
Clicking a reel or a lead magnet opens People with that filter — you see exactly who.
How it is counted: - A purchase is credited to the reel the person first came from. If they commented under three reels, the money isn't counted three times. - A payment made before the comment isn't credited to the reel. - A lead magnet is a funnel message with a file or a video. - Purchases come from everywhere: the Payment step (Lava), connected payment services and purchases marked by hand.
Funnels#
One row is one funnel.
- Entered — how many different people started it.
- Reached the goal — how many got to the step marked as the goal.
- Conversion — the second number divided by the first.
- Tapped a button — how many people tapped at least one button inside the funnel.
If the funnel's statistics were reset, this page counts from the reset — the same way the funnel card and the builder canvas do.
Payments#
At the top of the tab are payment connections: Prodamus, GetCourse, CloudPayments, YooKassa, Stripe, Tribute, T-Bank, Robokassa. You can connect several, including several accounts of the same service. Their payments are linked to people automatically — how exactly, and what to paste where, is in Connecting payments. There you also find "Payments without a person" — payments that came in but weren't recognised; you can link such a payment to a person by hand.
Below that are payments through the Payment step of your funnels, when Lava is connected to Craft.
- Money received — the total for the selected period. Rubles, dollars and euros are shown separately: we don't convert currencies.
- Paid — how many different people paid. Someone who paid twice counts once.
- Conversion to payment — the share of payers among people who got a payment link.
⚠️ The payment link is sent once someone has already entered their email and pressed "pay" — these are the warmest people in the funnel. That is why this conversion is high, and you can't compare it with conversion from everyone who entered the funnel.
How people pay — SBP (Russian bank transfer), Russian card, foreign card, Apple Pay. "Method not recorded" marks older payments made before Craft started remembering it.
Where people drop off — two different problems: - opened the payment page and closed it — they changed their mind or got distracted; a "didn't pay" follow-up on the payment step helps; - the bank declined the payment — not enough funds, a limit, the code wasn't confirmed; another payment method helps.
Refunded payments are crossed out in the list and don't count toward the total.
Broadcasts#
Only broadcasts that have already gone out are shown. Didn't arrive is usually people who blocked the bot: Telegram refuses those messages.
Not there yet#
- Telegram channel statistics and posts inside channels.
- YouTube statistics.
- A follower split for a single post (Instagram doesn't provide it).
- Export to a spreadsheet.
- Purchases straight from a Lava product link — you can mark them in the person's card by hand.
