Team access — let a team member into your workspace

How to give a team member access to specific accounts without sharing your email or password

Updated: October 14, 2026

A team member can work in your Craft workspace with their own login. You choose which accounts they can use; the rest stay hidden from them.

Adding a team member#

Open the profile menu at the bottom left → Team. There are two ways.

Invite by email — the main one. Enter their email and tick the accounts. They get an email with a link, sign in with their own email, Google or Telegram, and the invite is accepted automatically.

Create a login. Pick a login and password and send them over. They sign in at app.craftopen.space by typing the login into the email field, without “@”. You can change the password any time in Team.

💡 If the email doesn't arrive, Craft shows the invite link — send it in any messenger.

What a team member can do#

In the accounts you open to them — all the work: funnels, broadcasts, contacts, carousels, generation, publishing, stats.

They can also, on their own: - pay for or renew the plan, buy credits, enter a promo code; - connect a new account — it becomes available to them right away.

Only the owner can: - manage the team; - change your sign-in methods and email; - delete the whole workspace; - withdraw partner program payouts.

Accounts you didn't open to them, and funnels on those accounts, stay hidden.

⚠️ Credits are shared. Carousels and images a team member makes are paid from your balance.

Switching workspaces#

If a team member has their own Craft workspace, a “My workspace / your workspace” switcher appears at the top of the left menu. Their data and yours never mix.

A team member with a login you created has no workspace of their own — they land straight in yours.

Price#

Team access comes with any paid plan, with unlimited seats and no charge per member. The free plan has no team.

🔴 If your plan ends, team members lose access to your workspace until you renew.

Changing access or removing someone#

In Team, press Manage next to the person: tick other accounts and save, or press Remove from team. Access closes within a minute. A login you created stops working once the person is removed.
