Instagram and funnel statistics in one place

How to see Instagram post reach, funnel progress, broadcasts and payments on one page in Craft — plus each person's path from a Reel to a purchase.

Updated: October 17, 2026

In short: Craft has a "Statistics" page (in the menu) that puts Instagram numbers — reach, views, followers, posts — and funnel numbers — how many people entered, reached the goal, got the lead magnet and bought — on one screen. A separate "End-to-end" report shows the path from a Reel to payment.

Who this is for#

  • Anyone driving traffic from Instagram into a funnel (keyword under a Reel → DM → Telegram bot) who wants to know which Reel brings money, not just views.
  • Anyone tired of collecting numbers from the Instagram app and from different parts of the service.
  • Anyone with several accounts and bots who needs the big picture.

What's on the page#

  • Home — the key numbers for a period: earned, views, new people in funnels, got the lead magnet. You choose the tiles.
  • Posts — reach, saves, shares, likes, comments and new follows for each post, including ones you posted by hand from your phone.
  • People — find a person and see their path: which Reel they came from, what they got, what they bought.
  • End-to-end — from Reel to payment: wrote the keyword → got a DM → moved to Telegram → got the lead magnet → bought.
  • Funnels — entered, reached the goal, conversion, tapped a button.
  • Payments and Broadcasts — money through the Payment step and connected payment services, broadcast results.

How to set it up#

  1. Connect your Instagram account on the "My accounts" page. Collection starts by itself — Craft fetches all your posts in the background. While it runs, "Collecting posts and numbers" appears next to the period.
  2. Open "Statistics" in the menu. Pick a period: today, yesterday, 7 days, 30 days or this month.
  3. On Home, click "Customize": the red minus removes a number, the green plus adds one, drag to reorder. The first number is the main one, with a large chart.
  4. In the same place, choose which networks, accounts and bots to count. The choice is saved to your account — Home looks the same on phone and computer.
  5. For "Reached the goal" to count, add a "Goal" step to the funnel diagram.

🔴 "Reached the goal" counts only funnels with a "Goal" step. No such step — nothing to count; the number shows how many funnels have one.

⚠️ Instagram numbers will appear after Meta's approval. Craft's access to Instagram statistics is under review; until then the Instagram tiles say the numbers will appear later. No need to reconnect. Funnels, bot audiences, broadcasts and payments are counted already.

⚠️ An account marked "no statistics" was connected before Craft started asking for access to numbers. Reconnect it on the "My accounts" page.

⚠️ Instagram days follow its own time zone. For Moscow they start at 10:00 (11:00 in winter), so "today" and "yesterday" are shifted; the number shows which day it covers.

💡 Reach and views are different. Reach is how many different people saw your content; views are how many times it was shown. The Instagram app's main screen shows views, which is why that number is bigger.

How Instagram connects to a funnel#

When a DM funnel sends a link to your bot connected to Craft, an invisible recipient tag is added to it. That way the Instagram person and the bot subscriber become a single card in "People", and "End-to-end" shows which Reel led to a purchase.

  • A purchase is credited to the Reel the person first came from — money isn't counted twice.
  • A payment made before the comment isn't credited to the Reel.
  • Purchases come from everywhere: the Payment step (Lava), connected payment services and ones marked by hand.
  • The "Where people drop off" block shows the funnel steps and how many people left at each; steps losing more than 40% are red.

⚠️ People who moved over before tags existed stay as two separate rows — they can't be merged retroactively. The tag is added only to t.me/bot?start=… links to bots connected to Craft.

💡 Numbers right on the funnel diagram — people at each step and the share of button taps — are visible in the builder (more).

Not there yet#

  • A per-post split of reach into followers and non-followers — Instagram provides it only per account per day.
  • Statistics for Telegram channels and their posts.
  • YouTube statistics.
  • Export to a spreadsheet.
  • Purchases made directly via a Lava product link — you can mark them by hand in the person's card.

FAQ#

Where in Craft can I see how much money a specific Reel brought?#

In the "End-to-end" tab of the "Statistics" page: for each Reel you see how many wrote the keyword, moved to Telegram, got the lead magnet, bought and for how much.

Why does Craft show fewer views than the Instagram app?#

Most likely you're comparing reach with views. Reach counts each person once, views count every showing. Another reason: Instagram days don't start at midnight Moscow time.

Can I see posts I didn't publish through Craft?#

Yes. The post list comes from Instagram itself, and each post is labelled "autoposting" or "manual".

Can I count a payment that didn't go through Craft?#

Yes. In the person's card click "Mark purchase" and enter the amount, currency, date and what they bought — it will show up in "End-to-end".

Will history be lost if I don't open statistics for a long time?#

No. Instagram provides daily statistics only for the last 30 days, but Craft saves them every day on its own.
