What happens to your pipelines when your plan ends
Content Factory runs on paid plans. When your paid period ends, your pipelines pause and all their settings are kept.
Content Factory runs on paid plans. If you cancel your subscription or a payment fails, your pipelines keep working until the end of the paid period, and then they pause.
What you'll see#
- On the pipeline card, a pause reason saying the plan has ended
- A notification (and a Telegram message, if Telegram is connected) that the pipeline stopped because the plan ended
- The pipeline doesn't create or publish new carousels or Reels
What's kept#
Everything: topics, schedule, accounts, template, call to action and drafts that are already ready. You won't need to set anything up again.
How to start it again#
- Renew your plan on the Pricing page
- Open Content Factory and press "Start" on the pipeline you need
💡 Until the plan is renewed, the "Start" button will tell you that Content Factory isn't available on your plan. That's intended: the pipeline can't run without an active payment.
