Publishing — one post to several networks and a feed of what went out

How to publish a post to Instagram, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, Pinterest and a Telegram channel from one window, what each network accepts, and how to see exactly what was posted.

Updated: October 15, 2026

The Publishing page shows everything that will go out and has gone out across your networks. It is also where you create a new post — to several accounts at once or on a schedule.

How to publish a post#

  1. Click "New post".
  2. Where. Tick the accounts. Nothing is selected in advance — the post only goes where you clicked.
  3. What. Drop photos or a video, or just write text. Craft picks the post type itself: - a video becomes a short video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts); - two or more photos become a carousel; - one photo or text only becomes a Threads post and a Telegram channel post.
  4. When. "Now" or "Schedule".
  5. Click "Publish".

The preview on the left shows how the post will look — switch networks to see each one.

What each network accepts#

If an account can't take what you added, it fades out and the reason is shown under its name. That account won't get the post; the others will.

  • Instagram — a carousel of 2+ photos or a video. Caption up to 2,200 characters, no more than 30 hashtags.
  • TikTok — a carousel or a video. You can write a separate caption for it. Fill in the TikTok settings before publishing — the button stays inactive without them.
  • YouTube — video only. Title up to 100 characters; if left empty, the first 100 characters of the caption are used.
  • Threads — text up to 500 characters, photos allowed. The reply in the thread is also up to 500.
  • Pinterest — images only; pick a board for each account.
  • Telegram channel — supports formatting: bold, italic, quotes, spoilers, links. Other networks get the same text without formatting. See the article on publishing to Telegram channels.

⚠️ The bottom of the window always says what is stopping the post — for example, "Threads: text up to 500 characters, now 640". While there is a note, "Publish" stays inactive.

The feed#

  • Upcoming — scheduled posts by day.
  • Already out — published posts and the ones that failed.
  • At the top: how many go out today, how many went out this week, and how many failed. Filters: "Scheduled", "Published", "Failed". There is also a calendar view.

Each post has a status: "Scheduled", "Publishing", "Published" or "Failed". A failed post shows the reason and a "Retry" button.

What exactly was posted#

Click a post in the feed to open the post itself, without going to the network:

  • every carousel image (use the arrows, the ← → keys or swipe on a phone);
  • the text exactly as it was sent — you can copy it;
  • for a Telegram channel — the formatting and the buttons under the post;
  • where and when it went out, plus an "Open in…" link.

⚠️ Images are kept for posts published since October 8, 2026. For earlier posts the window shows only the text and the link to the post.
