Credit packs — how to pay less for avatar videos, photos and the AI agent
One credit balance pays for everything — avatar videos, photos, videos, AI agent replies and chat. The bigger the pack, the cheaper each credit (from 2.49 ₽ down to about 1.55 ₽), and a big pack locks in a low per-minute price for avatar videos right away.

Purchased credits never expire. Plan credits refresh every month; purchased ones stay on your balance until you spend them.

Take the 34,000-credit pack as an example. You get any one of these — or any mix:

For example, spend half the pack on videos and the rest on agent replies and photos for your carousels.
How the avatar video price works#
Content Factory videos are charged per minute of finished video, but in practice per second: a 40-second video costs two-thirds of a minute.
The per-minute price depends on your level. The more minutes you make in a calendar month, the lower it gets:

The new price applies the moment you cross a threshold — your next video is already charged at it, no need to wait for the next month.
Your level carries over#
- The level you reach carries over to the next month.
- If you make fewer minutes in a month than your level requires, we warn you — the price doesn't change yet.
- If that happens two months in a row, you go down one level.
- The first discount — 240 credits per minute after your first video — is never lost.
A big pack gives you a level right away#
You don't have to build up minutes to get a low price. Buying a big pack sets your level immediately:
- 12,000 credits — 200 credits per minute;
- 34,000 — 170;
- 56,000 — 140;
- 85,000 and up — 120.
After that the same rules apply: the level holds while you keep making videos and only drops after two light months in a row. If your level is already higher than the one the pack gives, it isn't lowered.
Auto top-up#
So your videos and auto-replies don't stop mid-month, you can tick Turn on auto top-up when buying a pack. It's off by default.
- When less than 10% of the purchased pack is left on your balance, the same pack is charged to your saved card automatically.
- After every charge you get an email and a notification in Craft.
- If your card is declined twice in a row, auto top-up turns itself off and we let you know.
- You can turn auto top-up off at any time with one tap. While it's on, the Pricing page, Credit packs section shows the line “On now: when credits run low, N ₽ is charged” with a Turn off button next to it.
⚠️ Auto top-up charges your card without asking you first — that's the whole point. If you're not sure how much you'll spend, buy your first pack without the tick.
Paying as a company#
Paying as a company (LLC)? Message us on Telegram — we'll send an invoice and all the paperwork. Once you've paid, we add the credits and your level manually.
FAQ#
Do purchased credits expire?#
No. Purchased credits stay on your balance with no time limit. Only plan credits refresh each month.
What happens if I make fewer videos next month?#
Nothing dramatic: your level carries over to the next month. If your minutes fall below your level's threshold, we warn you. You only drop one level if that happens two months in a row, and you never lose the first discount — 240 credits per minute.
Can I pay for a pack as a company?#
